Registration

You only need 4 things to Register:                 

1. Registration Form (one per team)

    You can use the one found on the back of the flier.

    You can PRINT ONE right here.

    You can fill one out on Saturday at the Registration table.

    You can fill one out when you REGISTER ONLINE.

2. Waiver Form (one per player)

    You can use make copies of the one found in the flier.

    You can PRINT ONE right here.

    You can fill one out on Saturday at the Registration table.

    You can attach one when you REGISTER ONLINE.

3. Proof of Age

     Bring a drivers license, copy of your birth certificate, or ID that shows your birthdate.

4. Registration Fee

    The fee is $40 per team (US)

    The fee is 400 pesos per team (Philippines)

You can complete your Registration 2 ways:

1. Register ONLINE

    Bring your fee and proof of age and you are all set.

2. Register Saturday (open registration until 11 am)

    PRINT A REGISTRATION FORM or get one Saturday

    PRINT WAIVER FORMS or get them Saturday
